Casting Director (Extras):
Responsibilities include: Organizing and maintaining an active Database of available extras for productions; Contacting and scheduling extras for various productions; Auditioning and selecting extras based on project criteria.
Drivers:
As our projects become more ambitious our locations, equipment and prop needs have increased. We are looking for dedicated, punctual, professional and responsible individuals to assist actors and crew moving to and from location. Must have clean driving record and be willing to submit to a background check. Mileage and fuel reimbursement provided.
Key Grip
Responsibilities include: Work closely with the Director of Photography to coordinate all aspects of lighting and rigging. Work with production Team to maintain and develop lighting kits.
Marketing Director:
Responsibilities include: Oversee all aspects of marketing including fundraising and promotion; Build relationships with local businesses for the purposes of sponsorship, advertizing, location scouting and prop development. Also responsible for networking with local businesses to offer Paracelsus Films' services as needed.
Music Director:
Responsibilities include: Building relationships with artists and soliciting work for inclusion in various productions; securing licensing agreements and ensuring that all required documents are completed; bullding and maintaining a library of licensed and royalty free music.
Production Assistant:
Responsibilities include: field logs/transcribing footage; acquiring appearance releases/location agreements/any other type of pertinent paperwork needed from talent; act as runner; other duties as required.
Script Supervisor
Responsibilities include: Maintaining continuity; Slating the take; maintain most recent and updated copy of the script and notes; distributing script changes to cast and crew; provide editor with Lined Script; Working with director to maintain script fidelity. Provide daily production reports; Provide editor with notes for the day; Log solid takes and notate outtakes.
Wiki Editor:
Responsibilities include: Update and maintain the Project Nephilim Wiki. Verify that all entries are up to date, complete and accurate

I AM UNION AND WOULD LIKE TO WORK WITH YOU.
Paracelsus Films is currently a non-union production company. As such, we are unable to work with members of SAG or other unions. This will change in the future as we are currently looking at options to include waivers, Ultra Low Budget involvement and standard industry rates.
SAG/AFTRA members are encouraged to contact us if they are interested in working with us at a later date. We announce a change in our union status in the future.
DO YOU PAY YOUR CAST AND CREW?
Most cast and crew members receive compensation for their time, with paid stipends going to core cast and crew members.
All Cast and Crew are reimbursed for travel expenses, however, interns and extras are typically on a voluteer basis.
Stipends vary depending on role and production.
To be considered Core Cast or Crew you need to work on a minimum of Three Productions.
